Weddings are FUN! It is a perfect day to capture and remember for years to come. That is where I come in!
Before we get too far, I like to start every inquiry with a meeting. Not emails or even phone calls. I want to meet you, as a couple, in person! We get to sit down over a cup of coffee (on me!) and see if we are a fit for each other. During this meeting we can discuss things like styles, expectations, and what to expect on the day of your wedding. Not every wedding is the same. Photographers are also very different from one another. There is nothing to lose!
We can also go over the wedding package and you can get a good idea of what you get with me as a photographer. Upfront, I will say that I have an odd philosophy when it comes to the wedding package. I don't believe in "extras". My wedding package includes everything that I offer. I include an engagement session, a VERY nice album, a large 20x30 professional print, and a custom DVD or Thumb-Drive with a print release for all photos. I also don't have an "hourly" charge. When a couple and I decide that we are a fit and move forward, I block off not only your wedding day, but about a week. My focus for that entire week is you. I will attend rehearsals, engagement sessions, a post wedding or trash-the-dress session, and any other events that you have for your wedding. So you don't need to worry about whether me staying for an extra hour will add $200 to your costs. As I learned during my wedding, your estimates can quickly double when you start adding those things with most photographers.
